The small size of the rooms made it a tight squeeze, especially for families. Breakfast service was chaotic, with long queues and a noisy atmosphere that made dining feel rushed. The boot room was inadequate, leading to uncomfortable jostling during peak times. Parking was another hassle, with insufficient space, forcing some guests to trek a distance to find a spot. the hotel fell short of expectations for the price paid.

The location was mint, heaps close to the ski lifts, but the bathroom was a bit cramped for my liking. The food was awesome though, loved the variety!

Had a cracking time! The wellness area with jacuzzi was pure dead brilliant after a long day skiing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just a wee bit tight in the room, but no complaints overall. Would go back in a heartbeat!
